One of our jobs as leaders is to inspire. Whether that is in our homes, volunteer work or business, our job is to inspire others to do greater things than they realize they are capable of doing or achieving. I love this video of Nick Vujicic, who was born without limbs, who is faced with challenges and obstacles every day. Nick is a leader. I hope this video will inspire you today, as it has me. It's not how you start, it's how you finish.

Mike, Inspiring others to tap into their own bottomless well of tenacity, resiliance & hope is the ultimate test of a leader's skill! Igniting another's passion to hang tight & tough, never giving up, is what enables a leader to bring out the best in others. The limbless man is the very model of a quinessential leader...he brings life to those who may be tempted to give up or take the path of least resistance. Thank you for sharing this unforgetable video and leadership lesson!!

You are welcome Jacqueuline, Dimitris and Joyce. I appreciate your comments.
True leadership occurs when leaders give us something to model. This man has modeled and as a result many are insprired and will follow his determination and will go forward even at great odds.
