It’s a fun video, and raises an important question about teamwork:
What role does coordinated action play in teamwork? Can teams be effective without being well coordinated? How can coordination be improve to enhance performance?
Those are great questions Chris. Sometimes we go into teamwork without really thinking about roles, expectations, norms etc… Good teams need good leaders to coordinate this and more.
Even though the video is a lot of fun, it does drive home some important concepts around teamwork.
