Great Leaders Care
I am a grateful father of eight children. Yes, that’s right – eight! I have also been blessed to have been married 25 years today to a wonderful, more beautiful every year and very strong woman.
Why do I tell you this? Because in those 25 years I have learned a lot about leadership; right here in my own home. While I have had the opportunity to work in many leadership capacities both in business and as a volunteer, I would have to say that the greatest and most touching experiences of leadership have come from my experience as a father.
I am happy to share with you a video based on a very personal and true story of two of my children that taught me a great deal about the most important factor in leadership – caring. I hope you find it of value.

Great video and Great Message. Really enjoyed this. I have shared it on Twitter. It has inspired me to make some changes
Just watched your video – it was so moving!
We all need to learn from the example of others around us – no matter how young they are. One of the benefits of youth, especially at this age, is that they still have yet to learn what “influence” from other people and their personalities can do to a person and to change a person.
