Feedback is a gift; a cliche right? But it is true. Receiving feedback, whether by someone else or naturally by choices we make is how we learned how to walk, talk and ride a bike. It is also how we learn to become a leader. However many of us have this crazy notion that self preservation is more important. As a result we rob ourselves of the precious opportunities to learn how to become better. Leaders really want feedback.
