There are a number of creative ideas waiting to be discovered and implemented. Unfortunately some leaders may dismiss creative employee ideas by not adequetly listening and fully understanding what is being presented. The consequence of such negligence will be a lack of future creative business and project ideas that could possibly make a positive impact on a department or an organization. Why would employees continue to risk bringing ideas to a leader if he or she knows they won't listen any way?
