Someone just sent me the following video. There are lots of applications to becoming a leader in this video. The questions I have are who made the biggest difference? The first, second or third guy? And how does this apply to us who are trying to become exceptional leaders? What do you think?

This activity should create a lot of laughing and energy once multiple balls are introduced and there are lots of names being called. It should provide a great opportunity for the trainer or leader to teach.
Managers, companies and trainers continue to deliver training and send employees to workshops without an important concept in mind – accountability. Without it leadership development is stupid.
