The photos to the right obviously say something about bad parenting, but what do they say about bad leadership or teamwork? They remind me of the responsibility leaders have to their followers and the stupid things they do sometimes.

It’s amazing what people can do when they work together. I thought you might enjoy some quick entertaining teamwork videos on a Friday. These are fun. Share these with your co-workers and friends and let them know what is possible with a Team. It is motivational.
With a little creative thought maybe we could come up with an inventive way to increase productivity in our own workplace. After all, as this video demonstrates, if you can find a way for people to pick up trash (not even their own trash) in a park, surely we could create ways for employees to become more productive by having fun as well.
I came across this video (see the video below) the other day by comedian Tim Hawkins, it is hilarious. I got to thinking; if there are certain things you don’t say to your wife, what certain things do you not say to your boss?
In watching this video you have to ask did this mother fail or is this 10 year old little boy just a “bad seed?” What type of leadership failure in a home would cause this? Is a mother really the boss of someone? Would it ever be okay to engage in this type of conflict (besides the slap of course) with an employee? And finally, is his name really “Dude?”
