One year ago today we launched our new blog “Teamwork and Leadership Bloggings with Mike Rogers” with the intention of creating a community of people interested in teamwork and leadership in business, family and life.

You may not agree with my final selections, and that is okay. I personally never seemed to agree with the finalists for “America’s Funniest Home Videos.” There were so many to chose from.
This is a sad photo in some ways, but cute and meaningful in other ways. This photo reminds me of some of the stupid things we do as leaders. I am also reminded of how stupid multitasking can be.
Larry sings a song he wrote titled “Pants on the Ground,” It got me thinking, when are leaders “looking like a fool with their pants on the ground?” Here are a few I came up with.
