On Fridays I will post a video that has something inspiring around leadership. I am happy to post the first one today. It is a movie called “Forever Strong.” It is centered on the sport rugby and a teenage boy on that team who struggles with two different leadership styles – that of his father/coach and that of his new coach Larry Gelwix.

I just completed my second inspirational leadership video titled “Leaders Care.” This one is based on a true story of two of my kids when they were ages five and two.
We are only limited by our beliefs. The best leaders help us realize we can do so much more than we believe. Whether your a leader in business, a parent or coach, it must be your mission to pull more out of people than they realize they have. That’s the difference between a manager and leader.
