On Fridays I will post a video that has something inspiring around leadership. I am happy to post the first one today. It is a movie called “Forever Strong.” It is centered on the sport rugby and a teenage boy on that team who struggles with two different leadership styles – that of his father/coach and that of his new coach Larry Gelwix.
I would recommend you watch this video and observe the two different outcomes that the leadership of these two men has on their team and this young man. Watch for what I have termed the “lawn chair” leadership approach.
