There is so much good in the world! Fortunately with advances in technology we don’t have to go too far to find it. I found the following two videos recently. They are great examples of children leading in multiple ways.

Not too long ago my 12 year old son decided that he would go out and practice basketball a lot more. I watched him for a little while. He would shoot and he would dribble a little. There wasn’t much effort in what he was doing. He did whatever was comfortable, whatever he enjoyed the most. After awhile I went out and gave him a little coaching.
On teams, where each team member is concerned and focused about doing their very best, the result will normally be great. It is up to the team leader to inspire individuals to do their best for the sake of the team. To pull out of each team member their very best.
