I thought it was fitting with Father’s Day coming up that we discuss the type of leader that makes a good father. So, here are a few questions to get us started.
What kind of leader was your father?
What kinds of things did he do that demonstrated he was a good leader?
What were some of the similarities between how your father led at home and how good business leaders lead?
