I had to share this video. I have personally endured a number of trials and set backs in the last three years, but one lesson I have learned is that attitude is everything. How many of us can maintain a positive attitude through difficult challenges and the irritations of life? It’s not easy, but we can do it.

I have said on this blog that leadership starts with the individual. It is about relationships, it is about service, it is about love, it is about caring. By serving the ONE, leaders ultimately are able to inspire and lead the masses. Narayanan is one such leader. I am very grateful for leaders like Narayanan.

What we do is more important than what we say as leaders – and as Ganhdi demonstrated. Whether we do wrong, or whether we do right it is noticed. This video demonstrates the power of how our parenting by example can adversily affect our children.

As we end the year I thought it would be appropriate to post my top five leadership videos for 2010. Each of these has inspired me in some way to become not only a better leader, but a better person.
