My Top Leadership Video 2010

As we end the year I thought it would be appropriate to post my top five leadership videos for 2010. Each of these has inspired me in some way to become not only a better leader, but a better person.

The term leader is used loosely. Leaders leave legacies of integrity, caring, love, giving back more than they took and inspiring others to do the same; they have purpose and sustaining value. Leaders leave an impact on the things that matter most. not how much money they make or worlds they conquer. John Wooden was a leader in the purest definition.

On teams, where each team member is concerned and focused about doing their very best, the result will normally be great. It is up to the team leader to inspire individuals to do their best for the sake of the team. To pull out of each team member their very best. I thought you might enjoy these insights and more from John Wooden in this very special video.
