Take 10 minutes to watch this video and it could change your life and make you a better leader in business, church, home or wherever you might lead. I can’t believe I never saw this before.
Each of us has leadership development needs and we attend to those needs in a variety of different ways. Maybe you have attended a three-day leadership course, webinar training or read one of the many books on leadership.
Can something really change you as a leader in 10 minutes? I believe so. This could very well be some of the best leadership development I have ever come across.
Watch as this man impacts a number of lives with just one dollar. It doesn’t take much to change a life as this video so powerfully demonstrates. This man has so little, and I doubt anyone looking at him would consider him the leader he really is.
There most likely isn’t a leadership course on the planet that will impact you as much as this video. Just watching it will make you want to be a better person and to make a real difference in others lives.

If a man (like in this video) or woman can give so selflessly even when they are at their lowest in things such as wealth (in terms of the things of the world) and popularity, it leaves very little in ways of excuses for our own lack of concern and giving doesn’t it?
