I just ran across this inspiring video that demonstrates there is truly a caring side to Teamwork teamwork. Though you may not initially define the crowd in this video as a team, they quickly became one as they come to the aid of this disabled man. This inspirational teamwork video teaches us three things.
The term leader is used loosely. Leaders leave legacies of integrity, caring, love, giving back more than they took and inspiring others to do the same; they have purpose and sustaining value. Leaders leave an impact on the things that matter most. not how much money they make or worlds they conquer. John Wooden was a leader in the purest definition.
I came across this absolutely amazing video the other day on the power of positive reinforcement. I have always felt that one of the most immediate in results and effective things a leader can do is provide genuine and timely positive reinforcement.
