Overcoming procrastination completely is impossible, hence the question mark in the title “Stop Procrastinating?” The reality is you can’t do everything you have to do, so you have to procrastinate on some things. I believe it is probably the most important and meaningful question a leader can ask his or herself. And I believe it is probably the most important and meaningful question a leader can ask of those he or she leads.

It is important to be on time or you are wasting time

Some people pride themselves on being on time. For others being on time is only something they think about when they are late. Here is a fun leadership story that you can share with your teams about the importance of being on time and the consequences if you aren’t. I am not sure if it is based on a true story or not (I hope not), but it is pretty funny.
