Wouldn’t you agree that there isn’t any other leadership position in the whole world better or more important than being a parent? All leaders have their challenges, but when the day is done, the challenges we have in our own homes are the most important challenges we have. They require our undivided attention, and our greatest efforts.
I heard it said once that no success can compensate for failure in the home. As leaders, Dads must bring their “A” game every day, 24 hours a day, all year!
When I see something amazing I want to share it. This video makes me realize what an important responsibility each of us has as fathers. We can influence for good, or we can influence for bad. May we all choose the former. And hats off to all of you fathers, and Grandfathers.
