Fatherhood and Leadership—3 Super Inspiring Videos of Fathers

Fatherhood and Leadership—3 Super Inspiring Videos of Fathers post image

You can’t be a good father without being a good leader. Great father’s care—they guide, develop and coach and they inspire their children to be greater than they ever realized they could be.

They take the time to get to know their children and spend the necessary time to understand their children.

Great fathers aren’t afraid to say they are sorry, and though they won’t ever be perfect, they always try to be. Yep, that’s what the best fathers do and that’s what the best leaders do too.

The following three videos demonstrate the power and gift of fatherhood. Once a year in America, we celebrate fathers everywhere. To all fathers around the world—I wish you a Happy Father’s Day! Feel free to share these videos with your father, or father’s you know 🙂

Father Leader Video #1 This is my favorite video on fatherhood of all time. It has been said that no success can compensate for failure in the home. As leaders, Dad’s bring their “A” game every day, 24 hours a day, all year! This funny, but touching video brings to light the important role father’s play everywhere.

Father Leader Video #2 Try not to cry after watching this. I love this inspiring video of a father doing his best. No father is perfect, but most of us try to be—just like leaders.

Father Leader Video #3 Chances are you have probably seen this video of this compassionate father. But if you are like me, you can watch it over and over again. This video captures the desire to never give up and the role fathers play in our lives in coming to our aid.
