What happened next is special. Ramon DeLeon, a managing partner of seven Domino’s stores in Chicago, responded via twitter and posted a video apology.
It isn’t often you find people who take true accountability when things don’t go right. I would bet Ramon DeLeon is an outstanding leader in his stores.
