Leadership and Bad Customer Service Video from Domino’s Pizza Store

I love this video. On a rainy Sunday night Amy Korin received her Domino’s PizzaPizza an hour late. And to top it off, it was the wrong pizza! She immediately begin to Tweet her experience.

What happened next is special. Ramon DeLeon, a managing partner of seven Domino’s stores in Chicago, responded via twitter and posted a video apology.

It isn’t often you find people who take true accountability when things don’t go right. I would bet Ramon DeLeon is an outstanding leader in his stores. We talk from time to time on this blog about the need for leaders to take accountability. You will enjoy this leaders approach. Let me know what you think.
