I came across this teamwork/recruiting video the other day and it was too good not to share. Or may I see so bad, I couldn’t help but share it with those of you passionate about teamwork and leadership 🙂
I’m not sure, but I am pretty sure, that most of the employees asked to perform in the choir didn’t feel it was a “Happy Day.” Probably not their most proud day at Ernst & Young either.
It felt like the employees who were asked to show up for a teamwork event that day left highly disappointed. What do you think?
