Okay, this is just plain cute. However, there are some implications for all of us who are leaders. How many of us could look ourselves in the mirror and say nothing but positive things for one minute?

On a rainy Sunday night Amy Korin received her Domino’s Pizza an hour late. And to top it off, it was the wrong pizza! She immediately begin to Tweet her experience. What happened next is special. Ramon DeLeon, a managing partner of seven Domino’s stores in Chicago, responded via twitter and posted a video apology.

This next example has a little bit of a different spin on the power of positive reinforcement. My wife has regularly told me I am handsome throughout our marriage. Now, I know what I see in the mirror every morning, and it’s not even close to prince charming.
