I made the statement that each of us have the power to lead no matter who we are or where we sit. We have been blessed by hundreds, perhaps thousands of leaders in our own life and have had the opportunity to be a leader in hundreds of others lives. I like to call this a one by one leadership approach. We all have the opportunity to be leaders in some capacity.

Everyone is a leader and has the potential to be a big time leader! One of the reasons I love this blog is the opportunity I have to make a difference in someones life. Examples of where leaders are tested on their courage in the workplace are plentiful. As a leader you might have to give an employee difficult feedback. Or maybe people are questioning your vision in times of difficulty. In each situation the leader has to be confident and courageous. I will be the first to admit it isn’t easy having been tested many times in my life as a leader.
